thanks everyone for the comments..

yeah i was thinking VS-KF but i got over the look of it and they are very heavy wheel..

i was talking to arch bout new wheel selection as well..

and as the coil over issue

the car will be getting tein flex

besides the goal of 300 rwkws what are you going to be useing the car for???

imo tein flex coil overs for a street car are way to hard and much to expensive

hsd hs coil overs are the best coil over for the street as a cruiser and daily driven/weekend cruiser car

if you go super hard susp your other wise mint type x will rattle and squeek like all "get-out"

heed my warning

the car will be seeing track use-age from time to time...

so it's either those or the tein super street aus model..

Anth, I personally wouldn't bother with super streets for track use, way to soft.

I got a fair few customers running them, on track days they always complaining theres to much role.

As for HSD's being the best for street use, I beg to differ. I have run them on one of my Silvia's and not much more softer then most the Japanese 8kg / 6kg coilovers getting around. Also, for that budget I wouldn't bother with Chinese / Taiwanese coilovers. I would just get a good set of second hand Japanese ones... but then again, I am very bias towards quality Japanese parts.

If you have 10K to spend on the engine I'd be going an RB25DET man... You'll make the power alot easier plus you won't have to wait till 5000rpm for it to come on boost...

i dont want to go RB but man..

SR power all the way.

and dont worry the response will be very satisfying for me and thats all that matters.

also planning to go 5 stud and get some uras exsol wheels or work emotion XT7's

f**king plans change ya know! spent money else where. (engine, drivetrain)

now trying to save for a house so the build is getting slower.

but there is no rush kris. be in your area real soon hahaha!!

the original plan was to make it more track then street, but as im saving for a house i cant afford another car. so this is my daily and i want less power. plus less attention

i hate defects
